The workpieces are filled into the vibrating bowl by hand taking into account the maximum filling weight and filling volume (depending on the part) or through the bunker.
The level sensor ensures that the vibrating bowl is filled evenly when the bunker is in operation.
With controlled vibrations, the workpieces are transported on the helix to the order elements and in a
specific funding situation. You leave the cylinder device through the outlet.
From bulk goods to order.
The automatic sorting machine separates the bunker and the correctly positioned sorting of workpieces by its design. The workpieces are filled into the bunker of the sorting machine.
The discharge disk, driven by the gear motor, conveys the workpieces into the vibrating bowl, whereby the bunker curtain prevents undosed discharge. The level sensor ensures that the vibrating bowl is filled evenly.
The workpieces are transported on the helix to the organizing elements by controlled vibrations and arranged in a certain conveying position. You leave the organizer through the exit.
